Create a sample CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT in destination directory.
The samples assume FreeDOS is installed to C:\FDOS, if this is
not correct then edit them and specify the proper directory.

A default config.sys and autoexec.bat are generated by setup.
Please see these sample files for more information, and add the 
wanted extra commands to the configuration files.
