Support tab

The Support tab contains information about the Technical Support service and who you should contact if you encounter a problem in the program operation that you can not solve without assistance. It also contains information about the program, the license key and the operating system installed on your computer so that you can provide this information to Kaspersky Labs Technical Support service if required. All this information is located in the right section of this tab.

The Support tab

By following the links in the left section of the tab, you can:

send your questions to the Technical Support Service and send objects possibly infected with a virus or a virus modification to Kaspersky Labs for analysis.
renew the license for Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal (install a new license key).

How to... - general program reference.
Help - reference on performing tasks and troubleshooting.
Virus Encyclopedia - a link to www.viruslist.com website containing detailed descriptions of all currently known malware.
Kaspersky Labs Website - a link to the Kaspersky Labs' website.
