If the symptoms described above persist even after you have scanned your computer, checked all installed hardware and software and your hard drive using Windows utilities, send a message with a full description of your problem to Kaspersky Labs Technical Support Service.
If you are sure that some files are Trojan programs or have been infected, send these files to Kaspersky Labs for expert analysis.
