Visit www.guildftpd.com and open the GuildFTPD Messageboard.

The programmers and other users of GuildFTPD frequent the messageboard and are available to offer help.

The Messageboard is also the place to put in your two cents for enhancements and new features.

Another option is to send an email to guildftpd@guildftpd.com

When contacting us, try to remember to include the following information in your email or messageboard post:
- What Operating System are you running GuildFTPD on?
- Do you have any firewall or DSL/Cable routers set up?
- Can you connect to GuildFTPD from the same PC that you're running it on?
- What FTP client are you using?
- Have you tried any other FTP clients (like WS_FTP LE or CuteFTP)?
- Have you tried a search on the web site?
- Have you looked at the support section for any docs or FAQs that may answer your question?

We want to support you as quickly as possible, but cannot always respond to every request instantly. Please check the SUPPORT/SEARCH section of the web site for any new documentation or updates to the current documentation. We will use that portion of the web site to post updates or new content that will be included with the next help file.
