This version of DVD2AVI is baselined off version 1.77.3.
It adds a fix for the frame dropping problem. When this
version is used in conjunction with MPEG2DEC3dg.dll or DVD2AVIdg.vfp,
frames will never be dropped. This version also adds command line
support.

If your input stream starts with an open GOP, a message
box will pop up warning you that the first few frames may
not be decoded properly, but the frames will be retained.
To avoid this problem, always cut your VOBs on cell
boundaries. Do not make arbitrary VOB cuts with a binary
splitter (such as VOBSplit).

Note that, currently, the fix applies only when using Save
Project and subsequently decoding with MPEG2DEC3dg.dll or
DVD2AVIdg.vfp (VFAPI). A future version may apply it when
using Preview and Save AVI (but don't hold your breath).
