reconnects with database.
This command is used relatelely rare:
when one of the dictionaries (States, Types, etc) is modified.

loads the to-do list from an external file.
Use this command to insert the number of predefined tasks
you stored earlier.
File | Save To-Do list
[Ctrl+Alt+S]
saves the selected tasks from the to-do list to a file.

closes application.
