Choose File >
Open, or click the Open button 
on the toolbar, or
press <Ctrl> + <O>. The Open dialog box, shown below, will
appear.
Open a file into WebDraw as described below.

appear.
In the Open dialog box, navigate to the folder containing the file you wish to open.
Select the file, and then click Open. The image will open in the WebDraw workspace.
