Q1. My CD can't run on a Windows based system.
A1. First, check if the Windows system is able to detect the CD in the drive. If it is able to, please launch Windows Explorer, navigate to the CD and double click on the StartCD.exe application. If the computer is not able to detect the CD in the drive, it may be a faulty CD or you have created the CD in a Mac-only format. You will have to create the CD again. If you intend to share your CD with Windows users, please ensure that you create a Mac-PC hybrid CD if you are using a third party CD Creating application.
