Whenever you create additional files, you may wish to adopt these new files into your database. However, if you created a file directly from the Edit command (i.e. starting TalkingShow™ Studio through StageManager) in StageManager, when you save, a dialog box will ask you if you want to add it to your database. Otherwise, you sometimes might have to rebuild your database.
Go to Database > Rebuild Database.
From the drop-down menu, first select your drive. Check Include subfolders for a more defined search or search by pressing Browse in order to look in specific directories and folders. Click OK.
