7.- How do I send a suspicious file to SOS Virus?

Using your Panda Antivirus Titanium it is very simple! The antivirus will send the file. In order to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Services menu, select the option Send us suspicious files (S.O.S. Virus).
  2. Enter your e-mail address and check that it is correct.
  3. Enter CLEARLY and PRECISELY the Description of the problem.
  4. Click on the Next button. You can include two types of files:

      Add suspicious files. Include the files whose name your antivirus has changed during the scan. You can add a maximum of five.

      Add other files. Send us other files that you consider to be suspicious (a maximum of five). Select them by clicking on them (to select several use the mouse and the CTRL key). Then, click on the OK button.
