Introducing CDR Presenter

CDR Presenter lets you quickly and easily create your own professional-looking multimedia presentation. You simply choose from its range of ready-made styles and 'fill-in-the-blanks' with your own text, pictures and animations. Your presentation can then be copied onto a CD-R or business card-sized CD-R and distributed to others... there's no programming to do and technicalities are kept to a minimum.

The program has the flexibility to create many different kinds of presentation, such as electronic business cards, brochures and catalogues, reports and reference materials. Each style includes a selection of different page layouts to suit different material and to add variety. You can include separate sections in a presentation, with one page or a sequence of pages in each of them. You can include links to websites or links that pop-up the user's own e-mail program to send you a message. You can even include files such as word processor documents, worksheets or Acrobat PDF files along with the presentation. Users of your CD can either view the files or documents from the CD or copy them onto their PC for subsequent use. You can therefore use CDR Presenter as a convenient and effective way to present a set of documents or files to other users.

When you start a new project in CDR Presenter, some sample pages are created for you. Making your presentation is largely a matter of clicking with the mouse to make changes to these pages to suit your needs. A 'Designer' which looks a little like a television remote control appears over your work that lets you select pages in the presentation, switch styles and layouts and set various other options. You can preview your presentation so far at any time by hiding the Designer control and trying it out.

When your presentation is finished, you can use your normal CD-R writing software to produce a ready-to-use CD.
