New: This will prompt you to save your current Web site, if necessary, before opening a new Web site. It will create a new one-page blank Web site for you to begin construction.
Open: This will prompt you to save your current Web site, if necessary. From here you can open a previously constructed Web site from your hard drive.
Close: Prompts you to save your currently open Web site. If it is the first time you are saving the file, you will be asked to name your file. Click Cancel if you don't want to save the site.
Close Window: Closes the current active window. The window can be reopened by clicking on the name of the page in the Page List Toolbar or the Window Menu.
Save: Saves the current Web site. The Save As Dialog Box will launch if this is the first time you are saving the file. If it is a "resave," you will not be prompted to name the file.
Save As: Saves the current Web site under a different file name. Launches the Save As Dialog Box. This is a good way to save a backup of your important Web site to a floppy disk or folder on your hard drive! Give the file an alternative name to make a back up. For Example: Mysite would become Mysite1.
Save Web Page as Graphic: This command allows you to save the entire page as a Windows bit-map (BMP) file.
Save Web Site to Internet: This command does two things. First, it builds your Web site in HTML code. Second, it launches the FTP program that will upload your files to the World Wide Web. For detailed instructions on uploading your site, see chapter V "Saving your Web Site to the Internet".
Save Web Site to Hard Drive: This command allows you to "post" your site on your hard drive or in a network folder. This provides you with a convenient way to build, browse, and archive your site on your computer or a network that you are connected to.
New Page: Adds a new blank page to your Web site.
Delete Page: Deletes the current page from your Web site.
Print Setup: This command brings up your printer software and allows you to make basic printer adjustments such as paper-size, orientation, and paper source.
Print Page: This command allows you to print your current Web page. This is a nice addition to any company information sheets, family letters, or if you just wish to check out the layout of your pages.
Site Properties: Displays the Site Properties box.
Quit: Closes the program. If you have an open Web site, you will be asked if you want to save the current document. If you do, click "Yes", if you do not, click "No". Web Studio will now shut down.
