Output to... The Output to... options in the View menu are for redirecting the buzz output to other target other than the wave output driver. The 3 current options are Normal Output, Output to OpenWire, and Output to WinAmp. Normal Output sends the output to the normal wave output driver, which ends up in your soundcard and going out in your speakers\headphones. This is the same as if you've had the wave out driver loaded instead of OOE. Output to OpenWire sends the output to the OpenWire system. At the moment this thing doesn't quite exist yet. Output to WinAmp sends the output to a plugin for Winamp called the Buzz WinAmp Bridge, it should be a in_BuzzWinampBridge.dll in your Plugins folder within your WinAmp folder. It's useful for various things such as shoutcasting, using the plugins provided in winamp, and just watching the visualizations.
