About Outpost Plug-ins

One of Outpost Firewall's most useful and effective design strategies is the employment of plug-ins. These modules can be created by third party developers and easily added to increase Outpost Firewall's capabilities. Plug-ins are absolutely independent from each other and the main Outpost Firewall module. Any rules that you create for an application in Outpost Firewall, such as the Trusted Zone settings, will not influence or apply to any plug-in's functionality.
