To add an application to the Outpost Firewall Application Filtering list:
Select Options
Select Application
Click Add
Browse to the folder where the application is stored and click on the application name
Click Open.
After that, the application will be put in the application list and you can create rules for it.
You can also directly add an application by dragging its icon from Windows Explorer or your desktop into the Options | Application dialog.
If you are using the default Outpost Firewall policy-Rules Wizard, there is no need to add your applications to these groups manually. Outpost Firewall will suggest the rules for it and add them to the application list the first time that application requests Internet access.
