The Talk Back button bar, which you can re-position anywhere, looks just like the familiar Play, Stop, and Pause buttons, on a CD player. Select some on-screen text with the mouse, copy it to Talk Back using Copy from the Edit menu, and click on Play. Talk Back now talks to you - until you click Stop.
