The NetZero e-mail system is an automated, two-step process that allows you to request information from any of our 40+ subject areas. Once a question is received via e-mail, our system will automatically send you a response e-mail that contains the full list of our extensive subject areas. Choose the information that would be most helpful to you and our system will send back detailed information to you, usually in 5 minutes or less. If you do not see a subject area that matches your exact problem, you can submit your question and we will respond, getting you back on track as quickly as possible. PLATINUM phone support is available for a small fee if you do not want to wait in the STANDARD phone queue.
PLATINUM phone support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and costs $14.95 an incident. A PLATINUM Customer Support professional will work with you and, if needed, call you back until your issue is resolved. PLATINUM phone support is ideal for users who are new to NetZero or new to the Internet and is available by calling (877) 272-9929.
