Great site! I was intrigued by your comments on love. I don't want to be the typical "pushy American", but have you ever considered the greatest example of love the world has known; When The Master of the Universe sent his Son, the Messiah Jesus? If anyone ever talks to you about him, I would encourage you to listen. He has changed my life, and having been truly Loved, I can really Love too!

Haven't had a chance to view your whole program yet, but will when I get home from work tonight--didn't want to lose you, though, as I have problems with computers sometimes. I'm assuming you are friends with Cliff, as you signed HIS guest book right after he did, and I see you're coming in with the same thing he comes in on (I apologize for not knowing the terminology). Will most likely E-mail you, again. This whole thing about corresponding with someone so far away, in such little time totally fascinates me!!!!

Your talent and intelligence are in the very top percent of the many people I have met in my life time. They are many as I am bumping against my 79th birthday. I am retired from the military and served in Korea in 1956. I have seen a lot, done a lot, and formed many opinions. Some opinions I have been forced to revise but my opinions of beauty and intelligence have remained the same. I wish you the very best in the future and am sure that you will be a great success in your undertakings. There is no need for you to take time out of your busy schedule to reply to this. I just had to let your know the opinion of an old papa-san. Warm best wishes, Charles

  Kin Chan [kinchan@cco.caltech.edu]
I stumbled onto your Web page from a link from the Los Angeles Times Web page. Your page is very impressive. I'm glad that there are people like you out there, putting such worthwhile things on the Web. I read what you wrote on the subject of love and, after reading what you wrote, I realized that you're very right in what you wrote. Finding the right person to love is probably the biggest challenge any one of us will face and, you're right, a lot of consideration has to go into finding out if you truly love someone. My experience has been that girls tend to have a better understanding of these issues and seem to understand these subtleties of love much, much better than guys do. And, being the guy that I am, I never truly realized that girls need to think and reflect and maybe even search their souls before they can say that they truly love someone. With us guys, it's so different. With us, it's just more of a gut-feeling thing, more of, "Okay, this is it. I love her, I know I do," without really stopping to think about it or anything. The problem with that is, because we don't think things through, we realize later on, "Hmmm, I'm not sure I love her anymore. I don't think she's really the one." So, I guess my question is, how do you know you truly love someone? At what point can you say, without any doubt, that you truly love someone? Isn't that a question which can only be answered with feelings, as in, there are no standards, there is no line, which, if you cross, you can be certain you truly love someone? Or is there such a line, somewhere, that maybe we don't see, but that's there, nonetheless? Are there any signs which tell you, for certain, that you truly love someone? Is there something that you think or do where you think to yourself, "Aha, I'm doing this or I'm thinking this, so I must truly love him?" As is probably already clear, I have many questions about this subject, and, if you would, I'd really appreciate it if you could enlighten me about some of these things. In the past, I've asked these same questions to others, and they have found it difficult to articulate a lot of the ideas and feelings that are part of this subject. Well, regardless of whether or not you respond to this message, I'll say again that your efforts in putting together your Web page is truly commendable and is heartily appreciated. Yours Truly, Kin

Hello, Hee Yun. First, I want to tell you that I really enjoyed your homepage. I can see how much time and effort you spent on it. My name is Saeki (Segi) Min, a fine (I think) Korean male who lives in Canada. I am in Fourth year Computer Science at Queen's Uinversity, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I am taking Computer network, compiler, operating system and computer Ethic course this term. Have you ever been to Canada? it's a lovely Country, I really enjoy living here, but my mother said " Canada is boring heaven and Seoul is exciting Hell." I found her comment is very true and probably after I graduate I like to work in Seoul, if I can find a good job. I don't have my own homepage yet but I am planning to start my homepage after my midterms. but this summer I worked at Doosan as an intern making homepage for the company (www.doosan.com) and international judo federation homepage (www.ijf.org). since the chairman of Doosan is also the president of the IJF so it was a good experience working with the chairman. They asked me to come back to Doosan but I haven't really decided what I wanna do with my life and at this moment I am trying to open all my options. I haven't met you but after surfing your homepage i feel like I've known you for long time. I guess it's one of the good thing about this cyber space eh?. I should go now and finish my assignment, before I go, what kind of editor are you using for your homepage? I used MS frontpage at Doosan but I can't find it here. anyway I know you are extremly busy person so feel free to send me short email. Saeki Min

I've got a very deep impression on your home. You'd be better, if you majored design, not computer sci. :) I, myself am marketing-including advertisement-in graduate school (somewhat differ from other countries MBA school, at least one of my prof. think so!), but I can't say I can make my home as cute as yours. Really very cute....!!!! I love it soooooooooooo much. And one question, where did you get so many cute images? It seemed you have very many nice musics, but I sorry that I can't here them. I float in internet only in my school, which makes me to feel sorry about making any sound-all person around me will here!!! c u all.

Hee Yun, My name is Russ, and I live in Vancouver, Washington, USA. I am 24 years old, and I am very impressed by your homepage. It is the best that I have seen. I actually stumbled accross your page and I am glad that I did. I was searching for some clue that might give me more information on a long lost master of the martial art that I study. It is called Shim Pu Ren, and his name was Yun Pon Gun. We believe he was lost in what Americans know as the Korean War. Your home page seams a little like a thinly veiled attempt to meet interesting men. I am one, however I am not available. Another wonderful korean woman snatched me up about two years ago. My wifes name is christine and I am sure that she would love to have a better conection to her homeland if you could find the time to email her, or us. My mother in law comes from seoul also. Her name is Chong O Wu. I am told that she had a brother (some time ago) who was in government (probably defence). No more time hope to hear from you. Russ

BEWARE, for I lurk within the deepest darkest realms of cyberspace, wandering with no sense of purpose or direction. I never begin where I last ended, and I hardly ever end up where I had intended to go. Hope and pray that I do not find you, because I terrify even myself. My home is fear. I live and die in mystery several times a night only to live again the next day. Be afraid. Be very, very afraid. Follow me, if you dare, into a world so dark and mysterious, so wonderful and exciting, so breathtakingly deadly that all who survive will wish they had not. Chances are that our journey will harm you physically, but the mental anguish may tear you apart.

Hello Hee Yun! Shayne and I are two Americans, and we are planning on living in Seoul for a year teaching English. We were just surfing the Web for some interesting Korean stuff when we came across a link to your page. We both like your website a lot, and we wanted to let you know. :) I myself do some computer graphics using Photoshop and CorelDraw! and other programs. So, we were wondering if you had any advice for two young (25 and 22) Americans coming to Seoul for the first time in their lives. Any exciting and fun things we *should* check out? Thanks for reading our message! *hugz* Joe and Shayne

I don't have any of above things. I am a graduate student in SUNY at Buffalo in USA. I was recently nominated to be the president of Korean Graduate Student Association. We decided to make our home page and the address is written above. This morning I tried several home pages of other Korean GSA's home pages and found your home page linked to some place. I like your home page so much. However, I found that it wasn't updated recently. I hope you could do it sooner or later. I was so impressed by your English competence. Your English is pretty good. I found a grammatical error, but it is just minor thing. I enjoyed your home page so much. Hopefully we can talk through e-mail Bye now. Seon-Wook Kim.
