CHANGED:  SET INDEX command

     The SET INDEX command syntax has been modified to work with other data
     formats and includes the new clause, ADDITIVE:

     SET INDEX TO [<xcOrderBagName list>] [ADDITIVE]

     ADDITIVE adds Order Bags to an existing Order List.
