CHANGED:  RECNO() function

     The RECNO() function has been changed to work with other data formats.
     The new syntax is:

     RECNO() --> Identity

     Identity is a unique value guaranteed by the structure of the data file
     to reference a specific record of data file.  The data file need not be
     a traditional Xbase file.  Therefore, unlike earlier versions of
     CA-Clipper, the value returned need not be a numeric data type.
