 CHANGED:  DBAPPEND() function

     DBAPPEND() has been changed to accept the parameter, <lReleaseRecLocks>
     which allows you to maintain multiple records locks during an append.
     The new syntax is:

     DBAPPEND([<lReleaseRecLocks>]) --> NIL
