CHANGED:  DOS 5.0 PLL problem fixed

     The fix for the DOS 5.0 PLL problem ("Illegal format in loadable file")
     is included in the version of .RTLink for CA-Clipper.  Note that the fix
     is in RTLINKST.COM which is normally placed in the PLL file.  Therefore,
     users must relink BASE52.PLL and all other PLLs in order to eliminate
     the failure of PLL's under DOS 5.0.
