150 NEW: TEMPPATH, NOIDLE

     The CLIPPER runtime configuration variable has been enhanced.  The
     following lists summarizes the new CLIPPER settings:

     TEMPPATH     Controls the placement of temporary files created
                  during sorting and indexing
