C3031   Can't create OBJ

     Explanation:  For some reason, the compiler cannot create an object
     file.  This error can occur if you run out of directory entries or you
     do not have create rights on a network drive.

     Action:

     1. Check with your network administrator to see if you have create
        rights in the directory where you are compiling.

     2. Compile using the /O option to write object files to another drive or
        directory.
