C3017   Error reading or opening script file

     Explanation:  The compiler cannot find or open the specified script
     file (.clp).  Compiler script (.clp) must be located in the current
     directory unless you explicitly specify the path.  You must explicitly
     specify the script file extension if the file has an extension other
     than (.clp).

     Action:

     1. Make sure the file is located in the current directory or specify the
        path as a part of the script file specification.

     2. If the extension is not (.clp), specify the extension as a part of
        the file specification.
