BASE/2016    Write error (COPY FILE command)

     Default Behavior:  Program continues without copying file.
     Partially copied file is not erased.

     Explanation:  In a COPY FILE command, the source file could not be
     written to the destination, usually because of a full disk or
     insufficient rights in a network environment.

     Action:  Make sure there is sufficient space on the destination
     drive or check network rights.
