 ert0166 <library> is the wrong version of RTLUTILS.LIB.  It should only
         only be used with version: <versionDesc>.  Remove this
         RTLUTILS.LIB, change your PATH, or re-install.

     Explanation:  Indicates that the linker is trying to use the
     wrong version of RTLTUILS.LIB.

     Action:  Check the PATH DOS environment variable for occurences
     of older versions of RTLink and remove them.
