ert0045 Cannot create transfer file '<filename>'
Explanation: An open error occurred while attempting to create the
indicated file. Normally, an open error would be caused by a lack of
permission to open a file or by a directory on the path not existing.
Action: Change the name of the .PLL you are generating by using the
PRELINK option.
