ert0014 Overlays not supported in Prelinked Library

     Explanation:  It is an error to have any sections other than the
     root section when building a .PLL.  Any code in a .PLL must be a part of
     the root section of the program and cannot be overlaid in any way.

     Action:  In the FREEFORMAT interface, there can be no BEGINAREA,
     ENDAREA, or SECTION options if you use the PRELINK option.
