     Explanation:  A linker symbol which the linker needs to define in
     order to bind addresses appropriately has been specified using the
     EXCLUDE option.  You will be unable to EXCLUDE the symbol.

     Action:  The symbols which could possibly be reserved (depending on
     your program structure) are: _end, _edata, $$OVLBASE, $$MAIN, $$CGSN,
     $$COVL, $$MPGSNBASE, $$MPGSNOVL, $$MPOVLLFA, $$EXENAM, and $$INTNO.
