NAME: MoveTo

     USE: Moves the current pointer to a specified place.

     DEPENDENCY:  Must first be in graphics mode.  The unit Graph
                  must also be placed in the uses section.

     SYNTAX: MoveTo(X1,Y1 : Integer);
