NAME: HighVideo

     USE: HighVideo sets the high intensity bit in TextAttr so that
          characters are displayed as high intensity.  It remaps the
          color values of 0 - 7 into color 8-15.

     DEPENDENCY:  The CRT unit must be used placed in the uses section.
