     NAME: GetBkColor

     USE: This function will return the current background color.
          Values of 0 to 15 can be returned through GetBkColor.

     DEPENDENCY:  Must first be in graphics mode.  The unit Graph
                  must also be placed in the uses section.

     SYNTAX:  GetBkColor

     EXAMPLE: BkColorValue := GetGkColor;
