NAME: Flush

     USE:  Procedure to flush all remaining buffered information to a
           previously open text file.  Flush has no effect on text files
           opened for input.  Errors are returned through IOResult.

     DEPENDENCY:  None

     SYNTAX:  Flush(var filevariable : text)
