         VAR CheckBreak : Boolean;

            When active (TRUE) pressing Ctrl-Break will abort the
            program at the next screen write.  When inactive (FALSE)
            pressing Ctrl-Break has no effect on the program.  By
            Default this variable if set to TRUE.
