NAME: RestoreCrt

     USE: RestoreCrt is used to reset the CRT device to the original
          mode that was detected at startup.  If used, It should be
          the last video call made in a program.

     DEPENDENCY:  Must first be in graphics mode.  The unit Graph
                  must also be placed in the uses section.
