    Procedure TwirlyCursor(X,Y,Spot:Word;Frame:Byte)

    This displays a frame of a  twirly  cursor  at  X,Y.  Spot determines
    how many characters away from X,Y the cursor is displayed.

    Frame is a value from 1 to  8.    Calling  this  procedure increasing
    Frame one count  at  a  time  (and  reseting  Frame  at  9 back to 1)
    cause a spinning cursor.
