 Error 21                Not Allowed in Direct Mode                   pp 328

 Cause:    Programs are not allowed to EXECUTE or CHAIN from direct
           mode.  Direct mode is the Turbo Development Environment.

 Remedy:   Compile the program to a stand alone .COM file by changing
           the compiler option to C(om).
