Function:   MouseBox()

               This function will set a Screen box wherein the
               mouse Cursor will move. The Cursor can then not
               exit that Box.

   Syntax:     MouseBox(<Top>,<Left>,<Bottom>,<Right>)

   Arguments:  The Top Row, Column and Bottom Row, Column of the
               Box wherein the mouse cursor will be bounded.

   Returns:    Nothing.

   Usage:      * Set the window to Som'thing
               MouseBox(4,4,20,75)
