   Function:   DosVersion()

               returns the current DOS version as a string, use
               to display it on screen.

   Syntax:     DosVersion() --> cVersion

   Arguments:  None

   Returns:    A character string indicating the DOS version.

   Usage:      ? 'Running under DOS '+DosVersion().
