Function:    EnvOrig()

               Used by EnvPtr() to set the Environment strings to
               Point to the Original strings, so Child processes
               can make good use of it.

  Syntax:      EnvOrig()

  Arguments:   None

  Returns:     A number, The segment of the original environment
               For the current Clipper application.
