  Function:    RealTime()

               RealTime() returns the System Time (in a string)
               as it is known by the CMOS internal battery. It
               should generally be the same as the DOS time, but
               in some situations this is a more accurate way of
               checking, as this one is updated continuously
               (also when the computer is turned off). Note that
               when running under DOS 3.30 or higher, the Real-
               Time time is also set, along with DOS' time, when
               using the SetTime() function.
               WARNING: Use this function only on ATs and higher
               machines, this service is not supported in the PCs
               and XTs of the early years (unpredictable
               results).

  Syntax:      RealTime().

  Arguments:   None.

  Returns: The real-time time in a string in the "HH:MM:SS"
               form, just the same format Time() and SetTime()
               use.

  Usage:       * - See RealDate()..
