   Function:   DelAttr()

               This is an assembly written function that deletes
               attributes in a SaveScreen() string. Used by GetText()
               and GetScreen() functions.

   Syntax:     DelAttr(<cSavedScreen>) --> cString

   Arguments:  <cSaved> is a screen portion saved.

   Returns:    a string that represents the screen portion. The
               attributes have been stripped.
