   Function    FastKey()

               Fastkey() can be used on ATs and equivalents only,
               it sets the typematic rate to a fast value. Most
               people prefer scrolling in tables quickly.

   Syntax:     FastKey()

   Arguments:  None.

   Returns:    None.

   Usage:      FastKey()
