   Function:   bin2d()

                This is the exact reverse of the d2bin() function.

   Syntax:     d2Bin(<c8bytesString>)

   Arguments:  An 8 bytes binary character string is converted into
               a Clipper numeric.

   Returns:    A clipper numeric double precision number.
