Function:   ReBoot()

               ReBoot will simulate Ctrl-Alt-DEL on your PC.
               After calling it, your computer will restart as
               when pressing Ctrl-Alt-DEL, so be carefull when
               using it.. Close your files first..

   Syntax:     ReBoot()

   Arguments:  None, or would you pass an argument to your
               StartUp code?

   Returns:    It will never return, so who cares?

   Usage:      Close databases
               ? "Bye bye.."
               ReBoot()
               ? "Snif.. they'll never see me!"
