Today is Friday March 1, and I have to go to McDonald's to turn in my uniform, or I don't
get my last paycheck. I have been on suspension for two weeks, and yesterday I went in for
my check, and I learned I was being fired.For what? I was working the Drive-Thru on Saturday, Feb. 17 when I came out and went
up front for some sauces. I filled up my sauce bins, and a lady steps out of line with her bag
in hand and asked me to get her sundae. I said fine, poured it, capped it and gave her a
spoon.The Asst. Manager then says that she saw me give away food, and that I'm "gone" and told
me to go home. I protested, and she said I had to have a conference with the G.M. and the
owner that Monday. I went to my meeting and told them the story, and they said they
would call me with their decision. So I waited and went in yesterday, to find out I'm fired.The kicker here? Two managers just were arrested for embezzling $100,000 from the store
and another fired for sexual harrassment, and by the way, I'm only 15. Interesting, huh?
