Why are some general managers so immature???

I had worked at the McD's here in Idaho for about 3 years and then
I got fired over a stupid thing that the general managers did ask me
my side of the story. The McD's in my town has lost allot of people
because of the general manager and the 1st assistant, but the people
higher above them don't see that and let them stay. I just wander why
do these people get away of doing these things. When they realixe that
they have lost so many good people they will kick themselves for not
firing the two main people instead of the others.
If you want a job don't find it at McD's!!!!
