: Now that McD has been found guilty of paying their crew low wages, how much do you think the minimum crew pay should be? I am also interested to find out what people (specially those who currently work for the company) think McD should pay their crew for unsocial hours (evenings) and overtime.

OK this is my favorite topic. Mc can start at minimum, especially now that it is going up agian. I started there in 1990 at $3.80, bullshit. But the last year I was there, there were no performance reviews or raises, for anyone, bullshit.

If they can pay Michael Jordan millions of dollars for a couple days of work a year, a pay some f**kin' clown for his shitty commercials, and make as much money as they make as a corporation, then your employees right. I worked there for 4 years and 9 months. Including the rise in minimum wage, I only incresed $1.90 an hour from $3.80 to $5.70, not too bad huh. Well, I was the best employee there. All there bullshit employee of the month awards and employee of the year, I cleaned up. I was also promoted to management within my last 4 months there, and given a whole big quarter raise for my efforts. (Rememeber that there was no raises at this time). So Mc can kiss my ass. Bye.
