I can't think of any other job with the flexibility and the pay

I am currently a manager at McD's, I feel that crew should be paid minimum wage and have a set schedule as to when they will be given a pay raise. At my store you get a pay raise every six months. I have worked there for four years, yes at times I do hate my job but I think that goes with every place you work. I am 20 years old and making more money than what many people make at the local factory. McDonald's has allowed me to work and go to college. I cannot think of any other job that would have allowed me the flexibility and the pay. McDonald's has taught me many things that I don't think I could have learned elsewhere.
